Located in the city of Las Palmas, just 550 m from the incredible Las Canteras beach.
The flat has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday as well as for longer stays - unlimited internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout, 1 Smart TV, iron and hairdryer.
The full American style kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The accommodation is located behind the park of La Luz and 400 m from the sandy beach "Las Canteras". It has all the necessary services around, both supermarkets and shops. The accommodation features an independent bedroom and a cosy living room with an integrated modern and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juice extractor.
The property is just 400m from our emblematic "Santa Catalina Park," and 450m from the "Santa Catalina Interchange" bus station, where you can catch any line to explore the island. There are several nearby supermarkets: 700m from the "Hiperdino" supermarket.
