Alcanada Torre Mayor is a cosy apartment just 50 metres from the sea. With capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms. Located in the Alcanada area, a quiet and residential area with beaches with crystal-clear water and a beautiful turquoise colour. Very close to the Alcanada Golf Club, one of the best on the island.
The apartment is located on the first floor. It has a cosy living-dining room and kitchen. One en-suite bedroom with a double bed and two other bedrooms, both with double beds. A cosy terrace with spectacular sea views complete this charming apartment.
Alcudia Beach is located just 1 km from the apartment. From there, you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. There you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass-bottom boats, diving... You will also find restaurants, cafés, boutiques... and for children there are play areas, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
In Alcudia you will find historical places such as the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theatre, the medieval wall of the city of Alcudia.
If you like nature, you are next to the largest natural park on the island, S'Albufera. You will also find numerous hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...
