Can Rafelino Llubi - Villa

Can Rafelino is a magnificent rustic holiday house for 6 people on the outskirts of Llubi, the heart of Mallorca.

The 190 m2 villa offers a spectacular outdoor area with an 8 x 4 m2 swimming pool with a minimum depth of 0.60 and a maximum depth of 1.70, ideal for cooling off or simply relaxing on one of the 7 sun loungers. There are orange trees on the property that you can pick and eat directly from the tree. There is a small veranda for the barbecue for those who like to cook outdoors. There is also another veranda with table and chairs for nice evenings.

The house, on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and 1 with two single beds; there is space for two cots. There is air conditioning in the hallway of the rooms. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, serving the whole house. The living-dining room and kitchen are in the same room and have air conditioning and a wood-burning cooker. Relax on the sofas to watch satellite TV, read a book or just relax. In the dining area there is a table and chairs where you can spend lovely evenings with family and friends. The gas kitchen is a very cosy area, separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can cook without hindrance. There is an iron, ironing board and washing machine.

Llubi is 3.2 km from the house and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca; it is a small, charming and cosy village. The beaches of Can Picafort and Puerto Alcúdia are only 20 minutes away by car. Within 30 minutes you will find other beaches such as Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor. These are beaches with soft, white sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. All beaches offer numerous water sports, such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, to name but a few. In Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença there is a seafront promenade from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the bay and the beach. Here you will also find pleasant local shops, tourist shops, cafés, ice cream parlours, outdoor restaurants, etc. If you like walking or cycling, you will find various routes in the nature of the island to make small trips.
