Welcome to Can Rafelino, a beautiful country house for 6 people with a private pool located in the heart of Mallorca, between the towns of Inca, Llubí and Muro. This villa offers a variety of ambiances, ideal for families and groups looking to rest and enjoy in total privacy.
Lovers of good cooking can enjoy preparing delicious barbecues or pizzas in the traditional wood-burning oven to later be enjoyed on the porch or on the terrace next to the well-kept garden. In addition to a small outdoor kitchen.
Going up some steps from the porch, and secured by a railing, we access a beautiful 8x5 meter pool and 2 meters deep. It is, without a doubt, the ideal place to take a refreshing dip after sunbathing on the sun loungers around the pool.
The atmosphere inside the house is spacious and very welcoming. There are two floors with very spacious rooms.
On the ground floor there is a ceramic hob kitchen with access to the outside, which is equipped with everything you need for cooking: appliances, crockery, cutlery,...
There is also an office or work area if you need it, a bathroom with a bathtub and a lovely dining room for 6 people with access to the first floor. Can Rafelino has a comfortable living-dining room, where you can watch satellite TV, with access to a huge furnished terrace that will allow you to admire the views while having a cocktail.
This villa is completed by 3 bedrooms with individual wardrobes: one room offers a double bed and the other two rooms have two single beds. A cot, a high chair, 2 fans as well as central heating through a wood stove circuit are also available.
This property is located near the road that goes from Inca to Muro so you can quickly reach Llubí, Inca or Muro. The nearest town is Llubí, an authentic Mallorcan town, very quiet but with all the services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants.
In this area there are interesting markets such as in Sineu, Muro, ... where you will find stalls selling local products of all kinds, as well as traditional restaurants such as the "cellers" that offer typical Mallorcan food.
Lovers of the sea and beaches are just 20 minutes from the Bay of Alcudia where they will find the longest fine sand beach in Mallorca: a beach that goes from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort, passing through Platja de Muro. There you will find kilometers of fine sand, turquoise waters, water sports or beach clubs and restaurants where you can taste an exquisite paella under the Mediterranean sun and with the sea breeze.

Finding the place itself was quite difficult. It led us to a small town near the church. It was hard to find by the address alone, but luckily you had provided the coordinates, and thanks to them we found it.

Finding the place itself was quite difficult. It led us to a small town near the church. It was hard to find by the address alone, but luckily you had provided the coordinates, and thanks to them we found it.
The biggest impression was the garden! ️ Sitting on the terrace while a gentle breeze carries the scent of blooming fruit trees was magical. In the villa, we found everything we could possibly need — from kitchen utensils to a washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, and even several frying pans and pots. I especially loved the view from the kitchen window 🤩 With a view like that, I could wash dishes by hand forever ️ The house is spacious, with two showers, both very large and convenient. There are also plenty of outdoor and board games. A very generous host allowed us to enjoy the fruit from the garden — every morning we could taste fresh oranges and lemons, squeeze them, and drink fresh juice. ️ |

The only inconvenience was with the garbage. We had to take it into town and dispose of it there. But I understand that this is the rule on the island, as it was mentioned that trash is not collected there and guests need to take it out themselves.

Son Bordils Petit is the ideal place to enjoy a family holiday, to feel the tranquility of the most authentic Mallorca, always in sight of the Serra de Tramuntana and always close to the best beaches on the island.
Son Bordils Petit is only 7 minutes by car from Inca, one of the main cities on the island where the most traditional Majorca celleres (old wineries converted into restaurants) are located, offering a sample of the region's specialties.
If you like leather fashion or luxury shoe stores, Inca is the place. Well-known firms such as Camper, Lotusse, Farrutx, ... but also some artisan workshops where they will make a custom-made leather jacket are from here.
Traveling through a region dotted with windmills heading towards Sineu and Costitx, you will find more traditional attractions such as the popular weekly market (with medieval backdrop), Mallorca's only observatory, and many culinary surprises on offer. 'Son Duri' is a traditional Mallorcan stone house built with lot of charm and settled in the heart of Mallorca (Inca) surrounded of trees, mountains, at 20 minutes driving to the beach and all comfort of contemporary life.
The house is built on two floors on a plot of 840 m2, 260 m2 of house with generous terraces with open views to the valley of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The house consists of a large living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms with individual air conditioning, three bathrooms, one en suite, great kitchen with dining area.
On the first floor you will find huge hall with comfortable over-sized sofas and a dining area with amazing views.
At our left we will find the first bedroom. A wonderful double bedroom (bed of 180 x 200 cm.) with air conditioning, with en-suite bathroom and a lovely balcony.
The other 2 bedrooms with air conditioning are in the upper ground. There we find a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm.) a double bedroom with amazing views (150 x 200 cm) and a family bathroom.
Next to the hall will find a fully equipped kitchen plenty of light and a dining table. From here we have a perfect view of the garden and the swimming pool. There is an access that takes us to the cozy porch, the charming garden and the swimming pool. No doubt, we are at the best place of this villa. Here you can feel the breeze, the rhythm of the Mediterranean life.
The outside area has a big parking area, a charming swimming-pool with garden around, hammocks and sunbeds that convert “Son Duri” in the perfect place to have an unforgettable holidays.7 reviews
