Description
'Sa Sinia den Pep' is a design little villa, where you can use 2 houses.
The biggest house is very bright with a "boutique hotel-style design" and luxury with a lovely double bedroom (four-posted-bed and a Queen size bed) and a walk-in shower bathroom on the ground floor. Wonderful kitchen designed in luxury wood full equipped with high-spec appliances and a Nespresso machine. Oversize sofas, a satellite flat TV with stereo system Home Theatre and Wifi.
Upstairs there is another magical room, an attic room (with a maximum height of 207 cm, minimum height of 145 cm), with a bath close to the bed and with two windows looking to the swimming pool, terraces and the trees of the mountain of La Victoria.
There is another small cosy house outside with surprising walls in original stone with a bed of 160cm x 200cm, a shower with hydro massage system and a toilet. There´s AC in all rooms.
Outside there´s more design in this special villa. You´ll find that next to the old mill there´s a pool with teak terraces looking at the mountain range. There´s a BBQ and a table tennis.
You´ll find all types of sport activities nearby like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
The marina of Puerto Alcudia is just 2 km away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.
There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.
If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

The house is great, beautiful well maintained large garden, lovely pool and a nice platform with sun loungers so you can enjoy until the last rays of the sun! Plus point about this pool is that it is cordoned off with a fence so small children can't see more

Plus point about this pool is that it is cordoned off with a fence so small children can't just get to the pool. I had my 1 year old grandchild with me so this was very nice and gave peace of mind. We barbecued almost every evening on the fine bbq. Only this one was very dirty so we had to clean it before we could use it but otherwise a very nice bbq. The furnishing was generous. Everything you need at home is there. A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, ironing board and iron etc. Everything generous in terms of kitchen utensils. What you have in most houses is the dishes exactly matched to the number of people just like the pans. So for example 6 plates, cups, knives and forks etc. But not in this house! Everything is there! The cozy town of Alcudia is 800 meters walk so you are there within 10-15 minutes. The upstairs bedroom is cozy but the roof is very sloping so be careful not to bump your head. But in short it is a very nice house!
Minuses: The bedroom under the pool is nicely thought out and looks fine but you really can't use this as a bedroom. It is very damp and clammy. Very unhealthy, my daughter got a runny cold. So house is for max 5 persons and not for 6 persons. |

It was really smooth with the accommodation. We got the code to house several days before and the taxi service from the airport to the house and back was on time.

The room on first floor was really low and there are not 3 bath rooms as there is only a zink and a bathtub in the room on first floor, no toilet.

The basement room shouldn’t be used as a room! The third room “in the basement” but not are a basement smelled really bad as there was a lot of moisture. We were 3 couples staying. Two with Astma and on pregnant. None of the us could sleep in that room! So we had to put the bed upstairs in the living room, so we all sleep in the main house. Clean the pool more often! The pool was really dirty when we came. A pool/garden guy came Thursday to clean it. It would have been really nice if he had been there sooner as we were leaving Saturday. the announce with the right things! In the announce it said there was a supermarket and a beach some hundred meters away from the house. That it’s true. There is no supermarket and the beach is more like a harbour. You couldn’t swim there. |

I am extremely pleased with my stay at this villa! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds are simply incredible, making it hard to leave! The pool is wonderful and clean, and the house itself is tidy, with plenty of entertainment options. The location is also very convenient — close to a charming old town, beautiful natural spots, amazing beaches, and breathtaking sunsets. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming people. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay and are completely satisfied. We’ll definitely come back again!

Sa Rota de Alcudia is a beautiful and charming villa in the middle of nature immersed in the pine, oak, olive and almond trees that cover the slopes of the mountain of La Victoria.
Its location is ideal. Just 1 kilometer from the village of Alcudia and 2 km. From the longest sandy beach of Mallorca, the bay of Alcudia. From many points of the house and property you will be surprised by the incredible views of the two bays, the Bay of Alcudia and the Bay of Pollensa (and the impressive Cabo de Formentor) at the back of the house.
We enter the estate of more than 100,000 m2 by a path in the shade of the pine and oak forest that leads us to the house, built on stone walls craftsmanship classic Mallorcan style, which bring freshness in summer and heat in winter.
Once inside we find a spacious living room with sofas area for 6 people, satellite TV and WIFI, a large dining table for 8 people and a sofa bed for two people. The living room has an air conditioner.
To the left we have the traditional wooden kitchen completely renovated and equipped with appliances of last generation. It is a perfect place for those who love the kitchen and also has direct access to the terrace.
Continuing from the lounge we enter the area of the rooms (2 rooms in total with room for 4 people.
The main room is magnificent. It is a space of 50 m2 full of light, with direct access to the pool, a wonderful view, a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and even private dressing room.
The second room is equally bright and spacious (40 m2). It has a double bed and its windows are open to the mountain.
The family bathroom is spacious and modern. It has a huge working jacuzzi and double shower.
We went up to the first floor from the outside to enjoy the impressive sun terrace and we found a very special surprise: a very special space with outdoor furniture and views of the two bays. On one side, the superb view of Cabo de Formentor and part of the Bay of Pollensa. On the other side and very close (only 2 km.) The luminous Bay of Alcudia.
But undoubtedly, the jewel of this villa are the exterior. The house is surrounded by several terraces at different heights, surrounded by a wild nature perfectly integrated with the house.
At the entrance of the house we have the first zone of outdoor sofas. There is a porch that gives a very cool shade for the outdoor dining room, always with the presence of the turquoise sea of the Bay of Alcudia.
There next we have a second zone of white braided sofas, under the natural shade of the trees and next to a beautiful garden with swings and hammocks.
At the same time we find the pool of 8 x 4 meters of a particular dark background and overlooking the Cabo de Formentor. The place is ideal to cool off on the hot summer days a wonderful swimming pool.
Gourmets will also find here the perfect place to cook with a great and extensive barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven.
Sa Rota de Alcudia is the ideal place for your holidays. A paradise lost on top of a mountain 5 minutes from the longest sandy beach of Mallorca, overlooking the two bays and fully equipped for children and adults alike. A wonderful place for a quiet family holiday.
