Tía Catalina (Son Rotger) is a wonderful villa with a large private pool, located in the north of the island 4 kilometers from Alcudia, in a quiet rural area, with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
It is an ideal villa for families and children, just 10 minutes by car from the best beaches in Mallorca, such as Alcudia beach, Platja de Muro or Puerto de Pollensa.
Tía Catalina is a completely private villa with a large garden area, trees and grass, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue area facing the pool. There is a furnished terrace area that surrounds the house with beautiful views of the garden and pool. The 8m x 4m swimming pool with panoramic views is surrounded by the grassy area with sun loungers and umbrellas all around.
Tía Catalina has 3 rooms with air conditioning: 1 double room and 2 rooms with two single beds, as well as 2 complete bathrooms. Towels as well as bed linen are included.
