The flat of 28 m² consists of a large space with a double bed in high with capacity for 2 people and fully equipped.
It has a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. Full bathroom with shower. Lift, hairdryer, Smart Tv and unlimited Internet connection - Wifi.
The Edison building is located in the city centre with all the services that a big city has to offer. Less than a 5 minute walk away is Las Canteras Beach and in the other direction, also less than 5 minutes away is the Mesa Y Lopez shopping area.
As for restaurants, it is situated 3 m from the restaurant "Edison", 25 m from the restaurant "El Allende"; the nearest supermarket, "Superdino" is 50 m away and 100 m from the supermarket "Spar Tomás Miller".
For beaches, 200 m to the sandy beach "Playa de Las Canteras" and 1 km to the beach "Playa de Las Alcaravaneras".
For shopping, 400 m to the department store "El Corte Inglés" and its surroundings full of different shops. At 700 m is the bus station "Intercambiador Parque Santa Catalina", from where you can take any bus and visit any point of the island.2 km from the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf", is 3 km away and 17 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Bandama".
You can visit important places of our island like the village of "Teror" at 19 km, 35 km from the village of "Tejeda", "San Mateo" at 22 km, 51 km from the natural park "Parque Natural de Tamadaba" and 53 km from the city "Agaete" in the north of the island.
