Recently completely refurbished building in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with 3 wonderful independent holiday homes of different sizes decorated in a cosy and modern way at the same time.
This accommodation "La Vigía" is located on the ground floor and has 103 m2 and a capacity for 5 people. It has a nice balcony with table and chair to have a drink in the fresh air.
The house is fully equipped in a functional way, with three bedrooms: a large bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a trundle bed (convertible into two single beds) and a third bedroom with a single bed. Living room with large integrated kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The property is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday as well as for longer stays - unlimited internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout, 2 Smart Tv's, iron and hairdryer.
Located in the city of Las Palmas, only 550 m from the amazing Las Canteras beach.
The building is located behind La Luz park and 400 m from the sandy beach "Las Canteras". It has all the necessary services around, both supermarkets and shops.
The beach area has a large avenue where you can also find all kinds of shops and services and activities to do. There is also a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes.
In the Santa Catalina park, at about 15 minutes walking distance you can find the bus interchange "Santa Catalina", with all the bus lines to explore the island such as the village of Teror at 30 km, the Natural Park of Tamadaba at 66 km.
The south of the island is also very recommendable to explore: Maspalomas beach with its marvellous dunes, or the village of Mogán, with its traditional fishing port.
In the south you can also find the fun of a water park: "Aqualand Maspalomas" or the amusement park: "Holiday World".

We had a really good 4-week stay here, we loved the close proximity to the beach and the fast wifi allowed us to work remotely. There aren’t many reviews so we would like to lay out honest feedback for future stays. Pros: location is great, wifi, sizsee more

There aren’t many reviews so we would like to lay out honest feedback for future stays. Pros: location is great, wifi, size of the flat, amenities, reasonable cost Cons: noisy master bedroom as close to the road, single bedroom has no outside window, hot water tank is small so hot water runs out quickly, living room window is tinted and very few utensils. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend it given the price. :)

We are frequent visitors of LPA and we do stay between 15 and 30 days usually. We´ve changed many apartments so far and this is the first time we used Canarias Gateway apartments as a proxy. Honestly, this is by far the best place we´ve stayed. The place is a rather big one and has every single thing you might need. Including plastic vacuum bowls for food storage, for instance. Believe me that there is nothing you can complain about. Every single appliance you might need is already there. The service was excellent. I've never met any of the employees, but they were there on WhatsApp all the time. Iván was there to answer every question we had in a matter of minutes. Any time of the day. In case you are contemplating renting a car, you have two very good parking solutions. One garage is very close, a 2-minute walk, and another big parking is across the highway (use the overpass) 6-7 minutes walk. It might be a longer walk, but the parking is much cheaper for longer stays. And most importantly you don't need to circle around. There is always a lot of free space (Pro tip in regards to the parking: Port gate is closed. Do not follow the navigation. Follow the street signs (Google maps are not yet updated). To sum up, I´m definitely coming back. My wife´s endless days of browsing for an apartment on Booking are over. From now on, I´m only calling Iván. Thank you Canarias Gateway !

There was a construction site across the street. The workers are awfully slow. I have no idea why they even pay them. But they have good taste in music, I can give them that. Good music to wake up with (along with the drilling machine noise). But anysee more
