This holiday home has a surface of 65 square meters, with an independent bedroom, fully equipped and all the comforts to enjoy a wonderful stay in Gran Canaria.
Completely renovated in December 2022, reusing all possible materials for the renovation, it is 10 meters from the beach of Las Canteras (best urban beach in the world), overlooking the sea, has been designed and intended for travellers who love marine life and nature in general.
The façade of the building has a spectacular mosaic by the famous artist García Alvarez.
It is located in the centre of the city so you can do without the car, as it has all kinds of services very close, it is also very close to the mythical Parque Santa (where the Carnivals and all kinds of festivals like WOMAD are celebrated), there you can take the bus (guagua in Canarian) to move around the island. Very convenient for teleworking.
The Getaway team is very involved in sustainability, technology, traveller care, offering unforgettable experiences all over the island and supporting small local entrepreneurs.

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung und Küche war gut ausgestattet. Lage ist Perfekt. Lage ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen was uns gefallen hat. Stand ist wirklich vor der Tür und Supermarket keine 5Min zu Fuß entfernt. Check-In könnte verbessert werdesee more
Toll eingerichtete Wohnung und Küche war gut ausgestattet. Lage ist Perfekt. Lage ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen was uns gefallen hat. Stand ist wirklich vor der Tür und Supermarket keine 5Min zu Fuß entfernt. Check-In könnte verbessert werden, wir mussten 30min+ herum stehen und warten. Belüftung im Badezimmer schwierig, das führt zu Schimmel im Silikon in der Dusche und kein guter Geruch, aber leider in ganz Las Palmas ein Problem. Unser Tipp: Fenster immer vollständig öffnen wenn man daheim ist. Ein paar mehr Verbrauchssachen in Küche und Bad wären bei dem Preis super (kein Shampoo, nur 2 Toilettenrollen für 2 Wochen, kein Waschmittel, keine Spülmaschinentabs). Strandausstattung (Schirm und Badetücher) wäre ebenso in der Preiskategorie eigentlich nett, aber wir haben unseren Schirm dort gelassen also gibt's vermutlich noch immer wenn er nicht entfernt wurde. Insgesamt kleine Mängel, aber es war ein Super Aufenthalt und wir würden dort nochmal buchen
