When you enter the building, you have to climb six steps to reach the lift, when you reach the top floor there are 14 steps to reach the fabulous penthouse. Upon entering, you will notice a bright living room with large windows that allow natural light to flood in. The neutral tones and contemporary décor create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Located next to one of the most emblematic parks in the city: Parque Santa Catalina, an example of life on the edge of the street. It is home to the Science Museum and the Miller Building, which hosts cultural activities. Santa Catalina Park is also the nerve centre of the Carnival events and the Theatre and Dance Festival held in the summer months.
In addition, less than 100 metres away, the Parque Marítimo del muelle de Santa Catalina is an authentic viewpoint to enjoy the stay of the large tourist cruise ships in the Port of Las Palmas; a solarium or water front, which is suspended above the sea, divided into two levels with a grandstand and a ramp that connects them, in a space of 1,262 square metres.
