It is located in a modern complex with a golf course and just 8 minutes from Maspalomas beach. It is strategically oriented to the west, thus enjoying more hours of sunshine and privileged views of the sea.
This beautiful house with its own style, consists of two bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed, smart TV and private bathroom with shower, which through its large sliding doors, access the large terrace that allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains.
