"Countess Attic 2.3 (Sun of the Bay Vidalba 3)" is a cosy apartment on the first floor and facing the beach of Alcudia, ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There's a safe-box in the apartment.The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area.
The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions...
Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. Very good location, directly onto the beach. Easy access and check in instructions very clear. About 10 minute walk to a supermarket/convinience store and the same for a beach side restaurant.

Minervas Dream Attic is a luxury apartment for 6 persons quiality built and furnished, with spacious rooms, a formidable lounge and a spectacular terrace viewing the Mediterranean Sea.
This apartment is just a dream come true. Its located on the 1st floor. Imagine a large apartment of 3 bedrooms with terraces, gardens, luxury and comfort all around and facing the quietest area of the prestigious beach of Puerto de Alcudia. The house is literally on the beach, in a residential area just 300 meters from the port of Alcudia and the Marina, where you will find the best restaurants and shops in the Northern of Mallorca.
The first Bedroom has two beds, one next to the other to form a large Double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has 2 single beds. In total, there is place for 6 persons to enjoy this wonderful apartment. There´s AC in all rooms
The second bathroom is just in front of the triple bedrooms. A corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has direct acces to the large side terrace and it has a large glass window allowing us to see the hall, the balcony, the garden and the beach.
The lounge surprises us by its amplitude, the comfort of the sofas arranged in an L shape and brightness of the Mediterranean sky. A series of large sliding windows connect the living room with two terraces, side and front, and then the sea. It is wonderful to feel as it enters at the apartment every breeze mixed with the scent of pine trees of the garden. In the lounge we also find the indoor dining table. The apartment has the most advanced technology and equipment: elements of domotica, Flat TV, SAT TV , DVD, WIFI zone ... to make your stay comfortable. As well there is a free Long Kayak to enjoy even more the Beach.
If the interior of the apartment it is just amazing, the best comes next. By opening the sliding doors you find a large terrace with sofas, armchairs and outdoor tables ... all comfort and luxury directly on the beach, in the quietest part of the prestigious beach of Alcudia.
In fornt you find the beachfront of Alcudia and, in between, a garden plenty of a fresh and aromatic pine trees, grass, palm trees and other Mediterranean plants that give us freshness and intimacy. You will not never forget this image, this way of living.
