Description
"The Shell II" is a duplex apartment on the third and fourth floors of the 'Concha del Lago' building, with perfect sea views from the terrace and views of the lake from the sunset from the bedrooms. On the ground floor we have a perfect pool next to the lake 'Esperanza Lake' with the afternoon sun.
Just 150 meters away we have one of the most beautiful and natural areas of the beautiful beach of Alcudia, the largest sandy beach in the Balearic Islands. The white sand of the beach and the natural shadow of the pine forest will impress you. Undoubtedly, this accommodation offers a multitude of options for a happy holiday
'The Shell II' has 2 bedrooms. The main one is a cozy bedroom with three single beds and a huge window with a privileged view to the Bay of Alcudia and its fine sand beach, the longest of all Mallorca. From here the sunrise is simply spectacular. This bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds of 90 x 190 cm. And ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is a cozy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room where the sofa area and the covered dining area are located. In the room we find a television with international channels and the router with WIFI internet connection.
The best area of this apartment is the terrace where you can enjoy most of the time. It's just great. Great panoramic sea views to the beach of Alcudia (you can actually see the entire Bay of Alcudia) and overlooking the canal of Lake Esperanza. On this terrace of 12 square meters, we have an outdoor dining area and a couple of sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, enjoy the views and breathe the sea breeze.
The main shopping street of Puerto de Alcudia, Pere Mas i Reus, is just 200 meters from 'The Shell 2'. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, water parks and many other places offering recreational activities.
The small fishing port and yacht harbor of Alcudiamar is 2 km away, where you can find fresh fish restaurants as well as dozens of shops. There is also an easy parking area free of charge.
Outdoor facilities: The best thing about this location is the luxury of being right on Majorca's largest beach, in a quiet area and having a large pool overlooking Esperanza Lake. This area has plenty of shopping options for both adults (sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques ..) and for children (playgrounds, pools, attractions, ...)
Alcudia has other small beautiful and cozy beaches located in an area of 5 km. There are also historic buildings of the city such as the Roman city of Pollentia with its Roman theater, the medieval town of Alcudia with its ramparts.
Nature lovers can enjoy the natural parks of S'Albufera and S'Albufereta, the Serra de Tramuntana as well as the dozens of beaches with the blue flag of the European Community.

Excellente situation à quelques pas de la plage.
La vue est grandiose.
La terrasse est bien orientée, à l’ombre à partir de 13h30.
L’appartement est très bien équipé, le lave linge est un vrai plus.

The Shell II condo was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated being a block from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, terrific views, a spacious balcony, access to a pool, all with see more

The juice, champagne and fruit were a wonderful welcome. It was a nice surprise to find beach umbrellas and a chair for use so we didn't have to rent shade. The owner was gracious to drop off an extra fan and beach towels, a sign of true hospitality. The decor was lovely and comfortable for our family. The unit was perfect and we were thankful for the space while being so close to everything!

The only drawback to the unit was the condition of the building. While the condo is terrific, clean, and updated, the building itself could use some maintenance. However, it didn't bother us too much because the unit itself was well maintained.

This apartment has been completely renovated recently by the Architecture Studio "Mínimalstudio".
The apartment complex is located in the White City by the famous architect Sáenz de Oíza. Thus, Oiza Garden adds the privilege of enjoying a home designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the 20th century on the most spectacular beach in the north of the island.
The Oiza Garden apartment on the ground floor has direct access to the beach from the garden, which is a real privilege. Oiza Beach has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed.
- A "twin" bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
It also has two bathrooms with a shower, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a living room open to the outside and a fantastic and surprising terrace from which to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sunset.
Oiza Garden (Bahía Blanca) is located in the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca resort that has a water park where fun for the little ones is guaranteed: specially designed for children's entertainment, it has several attractions such as slides in the pool (including a baby ) water jets, and a chill-out so you can relax. By paying a supplement you can use the pool, entertainment and restaurant services of the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca Hotel.
IMPORTANT: The hotel is normally closed from November 1st to April 24th. Therefore, the swimming pools will also be closed during that period.

"Countess Attic 3.3 (Sun of the Bay 3)" is a cosy apartment on the first floor and facing the beach of Alcudia, ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.
Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There's a safe-box in the apartment.
