"Countess Garden 3.1 (Sun of the Bay 1)" is a cosy apartment ground floor with sea views, ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views.
Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There´s a safe-box in the apartment.
The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.
You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba...
You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. The apartment is perfectly situated on the beach with an amazing terrace where you can sit all evening enjoying a drink and listening to the waves. The bedrooms and bathrooms are pleasant (two of the bedrooms are on the small side.) We didn't use thesee more

The bedrooms and bathrooms are pleasant (two of the bedrooms are on the small side.) We didn't use the kitchen much but it was very clean and had microwave etc. There are several restaurants nearby (Soli y Verge, Hawaii and a wonderful deli and supermarket a few minutes walk). It's easy to get to the Port.

The Sol Apartment is a wonderful vacation spot in the beach area of Puerto de Alcudia with capacity for 4 people. The beach is just 300 meters away, just 5 minutes walking. This bright apartment has a privileged balcony with views of Lake Esperanza located just 50 meters away and the nearby mountains. The interior of the house, decorated in a simple and modern style, offers everything you need to rest as you deserve. In it, you will find a beautiful dining room with AC, TV and CD player where you can relax or enjoy a beautiful evening with your companions. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, you will find three bedrooms with air conditioning: One has two single beds, another with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a fan finish equipping the house. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The apartment is in the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. On the beautiful beach you can not only sunbathe, swim and take long walks along the shore, but also practice various water sports. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors or beach bars are also very close to the apartment. Don't forget to visit the town of Alcudia, where you can see the medieval wall, stroll through its narrow streets dotted with plants and flowers, and mingle with the locals on market days, which are Tuesdays and Sundays.
