The beach is just 300 meters away, just 5 minutes walking. This bright apartment has a privileged balcony with views of Lake Esperanza located just 50 meters away and the nearby mountains.
The interior of the house, decorated in a simple and modern style, offers everything you need to rest as you deserve. In it, you will find a beautiful dining room with AC, TV and CD player where you can relax or enjoy a beautiful evening with your companions.
