You know I don’t think there is anything, last year I mentioned the lack of sun umbrellas and you listened and there were 3 this time which was great. I honestly can’t think of anything which would improve our stay, it was lovely and relaxing. Thank mehr anzeigen

We stayed for a week as a family of 4 and all loved the villa. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside space is a real highlight and it is in the ideal location for the area (2 mins to harbour, 5 mins tomehr anzeigen

The outside space is a real highlight and it is in the ideal location for the area (2 mins to harbour, 5 mins to beach) whilst still being peaceful. The communication from Mauter was also excellent. We all loved the pool and used it a lot! We really appreciated the generous basket of treats on arrival and supplies (dishwasher tablets etc). The roof terrace also has a lovely outlook where you can see the sea. Wish we were still there and would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful villa with everything you could need. Fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the Marina and 10 minutes to the big Eroski supermarket (with smaller supermarkets closer). The villa itself is very comfortable. Great appliances, mehr anzeigen

There is a lovely rooftop terrace with Seaview which was enjoyed early morning with a book and a cold drink.

Overall fantastic. We were a bit worried after the 2 reviews below in 2023, having booked in 2022 when all reviews were great. We contacted the Mauter Villas who were brilliant and promised to resolve the issues listed. They did this. On arrival the mehr anzeigen
Overall fantastic. We were a bit worried after the 2 reviews below in 2023, having booked in 2022 when all reviews were great. We contacted the Mauter Villas who were brilliant and promised to resolve the issues listed. They did this. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean, easy to enter using the key safe, no damp smells. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean, a small welcome pack with some beers, soft drinks, olive oil and olives, cleaning pack. Beach towels. 3 good sized bedrooms all with very good air con which was easy to use and effective We were a party of 6, with 2 children. Villa has lots of outside space, pool is perfect Roof terrace, outside toilet and shower. 6 new sunbeds with 2 umbrellas.

To be very picky the only thing that could have been improved was more outdoor plastic glasses and one more outdoor dining table to save having to move it from the front to the rear for the shade. Overall brilliant villa in great location and great hmehr anzeigen

Managed by local company Mauter Villas who were great to deal with from the get go, responsive and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues which they sorted within hours. Easy check-in/checkout. Useful supply of dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels provided so you don't need to buy/bring with. And a basket of local edible goodies on arrival. We had the best stay in Cala n’bosch, and would 100% come back to stay in this villa. Super spacious both inside and out, with everything you need especially for a family. We used the pool every day, and there were plenty of extras like towels (both pool and bath towels per person), extra cushions / bedding and really comfy bedrooms and living area. We didn’t use the bbq but the seating and outdoor space was more than ample. We were really impressed with the decor and everything was sparkling clean. The garage for storage (and washing / drying) plus the outdoor loo were an added bonus. We spent most evenings down by the marina at the restaurants and bars there, which is only a few minutes walk. Despite the bustling family friendly night life, the villa is in a quiet street so you won’t be disturbed. Close to the beach (5 mins walk) and 2 mins from a bus stop that goes to Ciutadella. Perfect, thank you!
